The 6IK180RGN-CF is a 180W single-phase AC variable speed motor with a 104 × 104 mm frame and 220V input. When paired with a 6GN100K gearhead and US-52 speed controller, it provides smooth adjustable-speed, low-speed drive performance for conveyors, packaging machinery, labeling machines and industrial automation equipment.

Overview

The 6IK180RGN-CF is designed for industrial applications requiring adjustable motor speed and higher output torque in a compact 104 × 104 mm frame. When paired with a 6GN series gearhead and US-52 speed controller, it provides a speed control range of 90–1350 rpm at 50Hz and 90–1650 rpm at 60Hz. The 6GN100K configuration shown on this page uses a 100:1 reduction ratio for stable low-speed operation.

Fixed-speed induction versions are also available, including the 6IK180GN-CF for single-phase 220V and the 6IK180GN-YF for three-phase 220V / 380V applications. Round-shaft versions include the 6IK180A-CF fixed-speed model, 6IK180RA-CF variable-speed model and 6IK180A-YF three-phase model.
