NMRV Gearbox Overview

The NMRV square flange worm gearbox series provides compact right-angle transmission for AC gear motors, brushed DC motors, BLDC motors, stepper motors, servo motors and three-phase induction motors. Sizes 030, 040, 050, 063 and 090 are available with multiple square motor flange and input bore combinations for flexible motor matching.

Output options include hollow shaft, single output shaft, double output shaft, output flange and torque arm configurations. Standard reduction ratios range from 7.5:1 to 100:1, with 5:1 available on request. Tin bronze (CuSn10Pb1) and aluminum bronze worm wheel options are available for different duty requirements, with selected tin bronze configurations achieving backlash down to 8 arcmin.

Worm Shaft: 20CrMnTi carburized steel, surface hardness 58–62 HRC, ground for precise meshing and stable operation.
